Recommended usage: Before and after menses, after intercourse, or to refresh. Recommended usage is 3 times a month. Never take while on menses. This product is not recommended during pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy. Do not use if you have a uterine ring and during a fever. A Queens Garden steam pan is recommended for use with this product.
Directions: Carefully pour steaming water into a Garden steam pan. Place a portion of the botanicals into steaming water. Wait for 2-3 minutes then sit down. If the water is too hot wait a few more minutes. Do not let the steam escape from beneath you. Do not allow the water to burn your skin. Meditate for 20-30 minutes. Get up, pour out the water, and pour out the used botanicals. Cleanse your garden steam pan and dry.
